Been one of those days? Or maybe one of those years? Here’s how to turn it around… Have you ever noticed that being upset about your problems never changes them? A bad attitude is like a flat tire. If you don’t change it, you won’t go anywhere. Life does get difficult at times but we can learn how to navigate those times successfully without losing our peace and joy. The thoughts we allow into our minds, and the attitude we choose to have, are the determining factors. It’s very helpful during difficult times to remember they won’t last forever. A favorite saying in our family is “This too shall pass.” It is more difficult to think and speak positively during the “winters” of our life, but it is helpful to remember that spring always follows winter.
