How To Pray When Under Satanic Attack

Christians are the prime targets of the devil, the common enemy of mankind. Now more than ever, he unleashes his rage and destruction against people because he knows that his time is short. Christians especially experience strange attacks, both physical and spiritual, day and night. In such conditions, we are not expected to be helpless or defenceless, rather, we are supposed to pray and subdue the enemies who have come to attack us, and quench them as the fire of thorns. Isaiah 59:19: “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the West and His glory from the rising of the sun. when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.” Exodus 14:7-14: “And he took six hundred chosen chariots and all the chariots of Egypt and captains over everyone of them and the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, King of Egypt and he pursued after the children of Israel:; and the children

I Am Getting Out

Beloved, our message this week is entitled, “I am getting out.” The truth is that many people will continue to have problem until they are determined to get out of their bondage and declare like Esther; “If I perish I perish.” Then the devil will know that there is problem and the challengers will know that you mean business. Do not prefer to remain in bondage to any sickness, or any unfavorable situation. Declare now that you are getting out of it. Before we dig deeper into the words of God, let us pray: Father, in the name of Jesus, by your divine power, open our understanding as we go into this message and let the chariot of every stubborn pursuer drown in the Red Sea. Thank you Father, in Jesus’ name. Our first Scripture reference is taken from Exodus 15:2-10: “The Lord is my strength and song and he has become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him. The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name. Ph

Words Are Food for the Soul

Words are wonderful when used in a proper way. They can encourage, edify and give confidence to the hearer. A right word spoken at the right time can actually be life-changing. (See Proverbs 15:23 .) I am sure you have heard someone say, “You are going to eat those words.” It may sound like a mere phrase to us, but in reality we do eat our words. What we say not only affects others, but it also affects us. We can literally increase our own joy by speaking right words. We can also upset ourselves by talking unnecessarily about our problems or things that have hurt us in relationships. Not too long ago I had a disappointing situation take place with someone I considered to be a close friend. I noticed that each time I talked about it, I would have a difficult time getting it off of my mind for the remainder of the day. I finally realized that if I wanted to get over it, I was going to have to stop mentally and verbally going over it again and again. People kept ask
